    "The experience was outstanding from the day I stepped foot into the dealership to "look" at the Mini to the day I picked it up (and it on schedule too!) Jim was patient and talked at great length with me about the options available and guided me through the decision making process. On the day I picked up the Mini (a warm day in November which meant I could drive it home with the top down) the paperwork was ready, my MIni was right outside the door to the dealership waiting for me. Did I mention patience? Once again Jim was wonderful. He showed me all the features on the Mini Cooper S which from time to time became a real challenge. I didn't grow-up in the joy stick generation!!! After well over an hour I thanked Jim and he welcomed me back to the dealership for a refresher course anytime I wanted, I guess the deer in headlights expression suggested I would need an additional tutorial.     "I wasn't interested in the MINI but went for the test drive to check it out since my family was interested in the car. I wanted the 3 series convertible instead. Well, after test driving the MINI, I was sold. Paired with the great experience we had at Southampton MINI and the way were were treated, there was no other car we wanted. We bought it on the spot.     "My car went in for the transmishion light &slight knock in in engine. After 6 days I was told couldn't hear any knock and didn't know why trans light came on.
